Description of Invention

This study constructs a resilience framework for the context of startups in Indonesia. By using dynamic capabilities and integrated technology, market, and organizational framework, we analysis three Indonesian startups, namely Curaweda, Sensync, and KAZEE. The findings show that there are three pivoting business models, namely market shifting, product-as-service, and product refocusing. Each model has different in how it manages the technology adopted, niche market, and organization governance. Furthermore, pivoting in business models follows rapid changes (advancement) in technology and market dynamics.
