Description of Invention

The Personalized Adaptive Content for eLearning Development (PACeD) Framework is a dynamic instructional design model that integrates learner preferences, knowledge levels, and content adaptability using the Felder-Silverman Learning Style Model (FSLSM), constructive alignment, and backward design. It supports the development of modular, responsive learning environments where learning activities and assessments are tailored to individual learners through real-time data analytics and machine learning. PACeD emphasizes both content personalization and adaptive progression, addressing gaps in static learning preferences by enabling continual realignment based on learner interaction and progression. This project illustrates the PACeD framework in action when applied to a Moodle based eLearning environment.
