Description of Invention

The Food and Beverage (F&B) industry has increasingly integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) devices, driven largely by challenges from the global pandemic, which accelerated the need for innovative solutions. This study examines AI acceptance in the F&B sector, focusing on factors like perceived performance, effort expectancy, and anthropomorphic characteristics. While AI adoption has been widely studied, the F&B industry poses unique challenges and opportunities. Using quantitative methods with a sample of 107 from Klang Valley, Malaysia, the study reveals mixed attitudes toward AI. Positive perceptions are linked to improvements in service quality and human-like AI features.
