Description of Invention
This study is an International research collaboration to compare knowledge hiding between junior and senior employees in Malaysia and United Kingdom during digital transformation. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed in central cities in Malaysia and United Kingdom respectively. Senior employees hide knowledge to retain value, while juniors conceal knowledge due to job insecurity and lack of rewards.
