Description of Invention
This study is an International research collaboration to compare intellectual capital management between academic staff in higher education institution in Malaysia and India. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed to higher learning institutions in central cities in Malaysia and India respectively. Academic staff in Malaysia is more actively participate in teaching quality assurance, student engagement, and strategic planning.
