Description of Invention
This study aims to investigate the customer satisfaction on these factors that are and customer preference concerning traditional banks and the newly operational digital bank, GX Bank, in Malaysia. Due to newly bank, GX Bank only have deposit service and payment service, thereby this research is focusing on deposit service and payment service, among individuals aged 18 to 60 who use both traditional banks and digital bank (GX Bank) in Malaysia. The research was focused on the key factors that influence customer preferences that are security of the bank, confidence level, financial products and services, and user friendly.
