Description of Invention
In today’s digital landscape, passwords remain the primary method of securing online accounts and data. However, weak or predictable passwords pose significant security risks, often exploited by attackers to gain unauthorized access. This project aims to develop a Password Strength Evaluator, an advanced tool designed to assess the strength of user-generated passwords and offer instant, actionable feedback to enhance security. It evaluates passwords based on criteria such as length, character diversity, entropy, and resistance to brute force or dictionary attacks. Additionally, it features an integrated password generator for creating secure, customized passwords. By providing real-time suggestions, this user-friendly solution not only helps users strengthen passwords but also educates them on good security practices, reducing password-related vulnerabilities.
