E-commerce is a revolution of traditional commercial operations, propelled by technological advancements during the 1990s. Since then, e-commerce has expanded swiftly over the globe. Traditional data management solutions, such as centralized design, are no longer enough to handle the massive amounts of data gathered from clients. As a result, big data analytics applications in the e-commerce business have gained popularity owing to their efficiency and storage capacity. This study is aimed at exploring the impact of big data analytics in improving the consumer experience in e-commerce. Furthermore, this research will go over numerous elements of big data in e-commerce, such as the function of big data analytics in e-commerce, the obstacles that e-commerce organizations have when adopting big data analytics, and the different kinds of big data examined in e-commerce. The primary goal of this article is to investigate the influence of big data analytics on providing personalized shopping experiences. The purpose of this research study is to give beneficial insights and solutions for e-commerce enterprises to overcome the present obstacles they have in improving consumer satisfaction in the e-commerce sector.
