The Zoo Malacca Wayfinding Kiosk System is an interactive digital navigation solution system designed for Zoo Malacca visitors. This system aims to improve the overall visitor experience by offering a user-friendly interface to help visitors navigate the zoo efficiently. The wayfinding kiosk system helps visitors by providing a clear direction to the visitors, which is provide a shortest route to guide the visitors to their desired destination in the Zoo Malacca. The wayfinding kiosk system is allocated around of the zoo which ensure visitors can use it in anywhere inside the zoo. This kiosk system is especially allocated at the main entrance, near the restroom, near the animal zone and near the food drink location. It is because it can make sure visitors can find the kiosk system easily in the zoo and use it for the navigation tools within the zoo.
