Description of Invention

This project proposes an Augmented Reality (AR)-based mobile application to support global language learning, focusing on vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational practice. By combining AR technology with speech recognition and gamified challenges, the system enables users to interact with real-world objects and receive real-time vocabulary translation and feedback. Contextual learning through AR scenarios (e.g., ordering food) is designed to improve engagement and retention. A structured development process was used, and key system components include AR object detection, Google Vision API integration, and multilingual UI support. The solution aims to make language learning more immersive, accessible, and effective for diverse learners.
