Tertiary education’s growing popularity demands efficient student data management. Manual systems cause inaccurate enrolment forecasts, poor resource allocation, and limited academic flexibility. This project introduces an automated system for student monitoring and study plan optimization. Program leaders use it to predict enrolment trends, generate reports, and manage subjects, leveraging an XGB model with 95.04% accuracy. Students track progress, receive reshuffled study plans, and get enrolment alerts. The system ensures timely program completion and efficient resource use. By enabling data-driven decisions, it improves administrative efficiency, enhances the student experience, and supports a more flexible and proactive educational environment for all stakeholders.
