Digital Content Requirements

Video Format Video is compulsory
  • The pitching video should not be longer than 5 minutes.
  • It should contain the information of Project / Product / Invention.
  • The link to the YOUTUBE video must be given to the Organising Committee.
Digital Poster Format Poster is compulsory
  • Limited to 1 digital poster per project.
  • Submission file type (1 editable PPT/PPTX file; and 1 JPG file)
  • Digital poster size is A0.
  • Details to include are:
    • Logo of researcher’s organisation in the header
    • Project / Product / Invention Title in CAPITAL LETTERS
    • Names and Affiliation of Project Leader and Team Members
    • Project Content

Invention Categories

Poster Competition (Virtual/ Physical)

  • To highlight innovative research and creative projects through visually engaging posters.
  • Participants will present their work in a concise and compelling manner, focusing on key findings, methodologies, and potential impact.
  • The posters will be evaluated based on clarity, originality, scientific rigor, and visual presentation.

Project/System Competition (Physical Only)

  • To showcase fully developed projects, systems, and products that demonstrate practical applications and tangible results.
  • Participants are required to provide a detailed demonstration of their systems, including prototypes, working models, software applications, gadgets, or any other form of functional product.
  • This competition emphasizes hands-on innovation and real-world impact, offering participants the chance to highlight the functionality and effectiveness of their creations.
